A closer look

Why Prices Vary

Trip length & number of travellers
More nights and larger groups shift the total — but per-person cost often drops as a group grows, since vehicle and guide costs are shared.
Accommodation level
From comfortable tented camps to exclusive luxury lodges — this is usually the single biggest factor in your final price.
Season
Peak dry season (June–October) and the Great Migration months carry higher camp rates than the quieter shoulder seasons.
Private vs. shared travel
A private vehicle for just your party costs more than joining a shared group departure, but gives you full control of pace and stops.
Park fees & permits
Conservation and park entry fees are set by the parks themselves and vary by destination — we itemise these rather than folding them in.
Domestic flights & Zanzibar extensions
Flying between parks (instead of driving) and adding a Zanzibar finish both add to the total, but often save real time.

How it works

From first idea to Tanzania

01

Tell us what you're dreaming of

Dates, people, interests — a short form or a WhatsApp message is enough to start. No account, no commitment.

02

We design it

A route built around your answers, with real parks, real camps and an honest price breakdown — not a generic template.

03

You approve it

Adjust the pace, the accommodation, the budget — refine it together until it's genuinely yours.

04

You experience Tanzania

We stay reachable throughout — before you fly, while you're on safari, and after you're home.

Not a booking platform

Your Tanzania journey starts here in Arusha

Beloved Africa Safaris Limited is based at Moshono, Banana, near Kijenge, Arusha — the gateway to the northern safari circuit. P.O. Box 771. Tanzanian-owned, Tanzanian-run, and reachable directly — not an anonymous booking site relaying your enquiry somewhere else.

Some Journeys Shouldn't Stay On The Wish List

The best moments in life rarely organise themselves. Birthdays come and go. Anniversaries get postponed. Family time becomes harder to coordinate every year it waits. Often the hardest part of a journey like this isn't the planning — it's simply deciding to begin.

Tell us what you've been dreaming about. We'll help with the rest.

Doing right by the land

Conservation isn't a line item

Park and conservancy fees are shown separately on every quote, because they fund the anti-poaching and habitat work that makes these places worth visiting at all. We favour private vehicles and responsible group sizes on game drives, favour camps with genuine community employment and conservation programmes, and brief every guest on responsible wildlife-viewing distances before a single game drive.

Guest stories

We'd rather earn this page than write it ourselves

Plenty of safari sites are full of five-star quotes nobody can trace back to a real trip. We're not going to add to that. As journeys are completed, we'll ask guests for permission before sharing anything here — in line with Tanzania's data protection law, nothing about you or your trip is published without your explicit consent.

Direct communicationEvery enquiry is read and answered by people who actually plan the trip — not routed through call-centre tiers.
Private by defaultMost vehicles carry one family or party — not strangers grouped together for a shared game drive.
Local guidingEvery guide is Tanzanian, trained and licensed for these specific parks.
Conservation feesPark and conservancy fees are itemised, not folded quietly into a markup.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I book?
For the dry season (June–October) and any Serengeti migration-focused trip, 6–9 months ahead gives the best camp availability. Shoulder-season and Zanzibar-only trips can often be arranged with a few weeks' notice.
What's included in a quoted price?
Accommodation, all park and conservancy fees, a private guide and vehicle, meals as specified per camp, and airport transfers. International flights, visas, tips and personal spending are quoted separately so you see the real breakdown.
Can you build a trip around a specific budget?
Yes — tell us the number and we'll design within it, showing you exactly where the trade-offs are (camp category, number of parks, private vs. shared vehicle) rather than quietly cutting corners.
Do you arrange Kilimanjaro and Zanzibar as add-ons?
Regularly — most guests combine a 4–6 day safari with either a Kilimanjaro trek or a Zanzibar beach extension, sometimes both, in a single itinerary.
Do you work with travel agents and DMCs?
Yes — we ground-handle for travel agents, tour operators and DMCs across a range of itinerary styles, including white-label service. See our trade partner page for details.
